NOTE:  Be sure to start with a warm-up, and end with a cool-down stretch. 

Round ONE:

  • Set ONE:
  1. 30 seconds work: 30 seconds rest … Squat to Lunge
  2. 30 seconds work: 30 seconds rest … High-Low Plank
  3. 30 seconds work: 30 seconds rest … Jumping Jacks
  4. Set TWO:  Repeat same moves - 30 secs each, no rest between.  (Total 90 secs work)
  5. Set THREE: Repeat same moves - 30 secs each, no rest … 2 times! (Total 3 minutes!)

Round TWO:

  • Set ONE:
  1. 30 seconds work: 30 seconds rest … Squat Walk & Reach
  2. 30 seconds work: 30 seconds rest … Beast Kick Throughs
  3. 30 seconds work: 30 seconds rest … High Knees
  • Set TWO:  Repeat same moves - 30 secs each, no rest between.  (Total 90 secs work)
  • Set THREE: Repeat same moves - 30 secs each, no rest … 2 times! (Total 3 minutes!)
