When you wish to revisit your customer website, go to http://cloud.justpruvit.com and enter your original login details.
1) ORDER PRODUCT: via the STORE > SUPPLEMENTS AND MEMBERSHIP section.
2) CHANGE SETTINGS: Click on your name in the top right of the page, then click settings.
3) SMARTSHIP: Turn your monthly shipment on or off in MANAGE > PROFILE OR on left side of your HOME page.
4) ORDER HISTORY: Go to MANAGE > ORDER HISTORY to track your orders. Click on the truck icon for more info.
5) MESSAGES: Keep an eye on this section for awesome promotions they run!

TRACKING YOUR GOODS
The full instructions below are specific to Australians tracking their goods through the AUS Economy shipping option. If you have not used this option in Australia and reside in another country, follow the cloud login instructions and click on the ‘truck icon’ next to the tracking number, to bring up the tracking website from the shipping company used in your area.
AUSTRALIAN ECONOMY SHIPPING TRACKING
Step One: Checking Package Status
Check your order history within 24-48 Hours in your customer account or 'back office @ cloud.justpruvit.com. From the Home Screen go to Manage > Order History
Look at the “Ship Status”
Is it Shipped? - If so Move onto Step Two.
Is it still pending or on auto hold? - please contact your supporting Pruvit promoter or referring customer support team to have them help you find out why.
Step Two: Tracking your package
For products that have been shipped, you will either see a tracking number with a small
truck beside it or one without.

If there is a truck beside the tracking number like the image above, you can click on it and it will lead you to the tracking. If there is no truck you can copy the tracking number and either google it or paste it into the website https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com Either method will bring you to the tracking site that will track the shipment until it arrived in Australia.

Once your package has arrived in Australia it will be transferred to Australia post and be issued a new tracking number. You can find that new tracking number here:

Step Three: Tracking your package in Australia
You can track your shipment within Australia at https://www.daipost.com utilizing either the new or the old tracking number. DAI is go between for DHL & AUS Post and also handles customs clearance. You can contact them on DAI Post 03 8586 1200
Step Four: If you see that the package is moving in Australia then it is now with Australia post.
Although DAI will track the package directly to the end destination if you want to track with AUS post you can at www.auspost.com.au or if any changes need making to the delivery while with AUS post you can call them at 13 76 78

ERROR CODES
Receiving an error message? No need to be alarmed there’s a reason for it!

Error Code List:
Code 22 – Billing and shipping address same
Code 23 – Card being used on too many accounts
Code 220 – address error
Code 201 – security code error
Code 200 – Bank spending limit
Code 202 – insufficient funds
Code 300 – It’s a rejected CC for some reason. Example would be wrong name, CVV code not matching, CC number not exactly right etc. Ultimately some info is incorrect with the card
Code 30 – Fraud of some form
Code 200’s – Are all branch related
